Mr Simon Robertson
Non-Executive Chairman and Company Secretary

Mr Simon Robertson gained a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University in Western Australia and Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University in New South Wales.  He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Governance Council of Australia.  Mr Robertson currently holds the position of Company Secretary for a number of publicly listed companies and has experience in corporate finance, accounting and administration, capital raisings and ASX compliance and regulatory requirements.

Mr John Gilfillan
Non-Executive Director

Mr John Gilfillan is an accredited Financial Advisor with 23 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry, including owning and operating his own practice for the last 15 years.  He has also consulted to various corporate advisors and been involved in numerous ASX initial public offerings (IPOs), reverse takeover transactions (RTOs) and seed investments as a private investor. John is a director of the public unlisted Company First Class Financial Group.


Mr Davide Defendi
Non-Executive Director
and consultant.
Mr Davide Defendi is an entrepreneur with 17 years tech start-up experience in Australia and Europe. During this time Davide created, managed and transacted out of a web development agency servicing an international client list, and an Australian based IT services business with Tier 1 clients, including Chevron, DELL, RAC, Macquarie Group, Suncorp and many others. He also worked at a senior operational level for a venture capital funded social networking platform similar to Whats App that had explosive growth. He was part of the core team that delivered a technical solution that grew and serviced a subscriber base from nothing to more than 15 million users.
